Hello

My name is Si, and I am a Tasmanian based character designer and illustrator. I am currently looking for remote employment or an internship.

Art is an integral part of my life and understanding of others, not just individual expression but cultural structures. Through study and creation I deepen my own knowledge and hope to share the experiences and moments shared by many yet are individually unique. My exhibition "Dust to Dust" expands on this, currently in the works, this collection focuses on the impact of a drastic climate change, where the new world is haunted by cryptids from all over the world, taking inspiration from folk stories and classic tales.

Outside of digital illustration, the rest of my free time is spent journaling and documenting little moments in a multitude of traditional sketchbooks. Exploring hidden corners of the world with a camera and pen and capturing the intrigue found there.
